3-Ingredient Mayonnaise (Egg/Oil-free)

Bee's Baking - 3 Ingredient MayonnaiseAdapted from Bee’s mumma’s kitchen

Ingredients

1 x 400g tin sweetened condensed milk (skim is okay)
150ml white vinegar
½ teaspoon mustard powder (or to taste)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on low speed until combined
2. Pour into sterilised jar and store in the refrigerator

Nutritional Information

– Recipe yields 50 servings (500g)
– Each 10g serving contains ~24 calories, 5g carbs, 1g protein, and 0g fat

  1. I suppose this is more on the sweet side? Looks good. Finally there’s a mayo recipe with no eggs and oil! Thanks for sharing!

    • Actually, I find it gets quite balanced out by the other ingredients. If you feel it is too sweet, the amount of vinegar and mustard powder can always be increased to suit your tastes :)
      I’ve never liked the egg-y/oily flavour that seems to characterise other mayonnaises though, so I may be a little biased!
