Peanut Butter Choc-Chip Cookies

Bee's Baking - Peanut Butter Choc Chip CookiesAdapted from Fresh Living

Ingredients

130g (½ cup) peanut butter
50g (¼ cup) brown sugar
50g (¼ cup) white sugar (or brown, or equivalent granulated sweetener as was used here)
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 egg white, lightly beaten
70g dark chocolate chips

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F
2. Combine peanut butter, bicarbonate of soda, egg white, and sugar(s) in a bowl
3. Stir through chocolate chips
4. Bake for 7-10 minutes until light golden and allow to cool on baking tray before moving
